Among the dozens of mango varieties grown in the world, Brooks du Burkina Faso stands out for its inimitable flavours that express the know-how and unique character of the terroir of the Hauts-Bassins region.

The Brooks: all the sweetness and intensity of a mango full of sunshine. Variety later and sweeter than its cousin Amélie, its taste is unanimous.

Mangoes are harvested at full maturity and processed at the site of their harvest. Dehydrated by an artisanal process, these mangoes preserve the essential elements of a fruit rich in vitamins and fiber.

Each 50 g serving corresponds to about 600 g of fresh fruit, the equivalent of 2 mangos.

Rich in vitamin C, B, potassium and magnesium.
