Alegria pasta is produced in Estrie using a traditional technique imported from Italy. The very high quality flour and semolina are ground on stone wheels and certified organic. La Meunerie Milanaise has extensive experience in the treatment of certified organic cereals.

The quality and freshness of the milling ensures the production of pasta with a unique flavour and high fibre content. The use of state-of-the-art equipment, while respecting the principles of traditional production, makes it possible to obtain a fast-cooking food paste that retains the authentic flavour of homemade pasta and that, thanks to its texture, promotes better adhesion of the sauce.

Initially, pasta is mainly a mixture of water and flour or eggs and flour. Simple as pie, pasta comes from a long tradition. Moreover, they can be prepared in a thousand and one ways and there is an infinite variety.

Cooking:
Bring water to a boil, add pasta, a little salt, boil 5-6 minutes
