The Zacharie Cloutier is a fine cheese made of sheep’s milk, ripened 6 months. Its firm dough, pressed and semi-cooked, exudes greedy aromas between butter and caramel. Its washed orange crust has a sash pattern with some buds. The name Zacharie Cloutier refers to the ancestor of the Cloutier-Houde family. Consecrated “best Quebec cheese” twice!
