The cheese factory has created this beautiful cheese whose fine and complex aromas are already expressed eloquently after 9 months of ripening. There are aromas of hazelnuts and butter. The Louis d'Or takes its name from the Louis d'Or farm, which produces the good milk used in its manufacture. It is a raw cow’s milk cheese.
