This flour is produced from organic hard red wheat. The all-purpose flour is sieved to remove all the bran and does not undergo any bleaching treatment. It is fortified in accordance with food laws and regulations.

Organic unbleached white flour has a shelf life of approximately 365 to 547 days. It is ideal to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place or in the freezer.

This flour is recommended for use for: baguettes, cookies, pancakes, croissants, cake, waffles, muffins, breads, dough and pie crust.
