Comtomme is a cheese made from our organic milk and matured for 60 to 90 days on wooden planks. Its washed crust is copper and its paste is golden ivory. For tastes, we discover fruity aromas of cheekbones and butter. Its texture is soft, melty. Excellent plateau cheese, the Comtomme is also served deliciously as a raclette.
