Val ambré is made from mid-season maple sap, which allows it to express the purest and most typical notes of maple. After fermentation up to 14% alcohol, it is mutated, slightly sweetened with maple syrup and aged for a long time in oak barrels. Deep and long on the palate, Val ambré is ideal for learning about the rare pleasure of maple sap wine.

age – 8 years, aged in oak barrels.

At the Table – Fluffy, Val Ambré offers a perfect balance between acidity and creaminess. It’s time for a refreshing aperitif! With its slightly peaty notes and aromas of mocha, butterscotch, yellow fruits and a tasty maple finish, it goes very well with rillettes, nuts, soft cheeses, apple pie and fruit desserts.

Cocktail – Try it in sour and mojito in a light and particularly delicious version of this classic.

Plus – Val ambré contains very little sulphites (under organic and biodynamic standards).

custody – Ready to drink. Aging capacity of at least 5 years. Open, it keeps for at least 6 months.
