Extremely versatile, organic lean ground pork is the most economical cut and offers a multitude of culinary ideas that leave room for creativity and inspiration. Lean ground meat produces juicy, mellow and flavourful burgers. It is advisable to cook hamburger meatballs over medium heat to avoid burning them until they have lost their pink hues inside or a meat thermometer inserted in the centre reads 160°F (70°C).

Rheintal organic pigs are fed a mixture of organic cereals mainly harvested on the farm as well as a portion of aromatic plants composed of a mixture of legumes.

This nutritional diversity provides pigs with the basis of their diet and allows their meat to develop characteristic flavors. Organic pork meat is therefore free of chemicals, hormones and GMOs.
