The pollen is collected on the honey flowers by the bees, the powder is found on the stamens. L'Abeille collects it during foraging and brings it back to the hive in the form of balls, thanks to its pollen baskets located on its hind legs.

Take in cure of several weeks, with a good tablespoon every morning with breakfast, possibly incorporated in a yogurt, a compote, ... or even the ideal for its assimilation: dissolved in a glass of water from the evening before.
