Preparation:
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil (3 to 5 litres, depending on the quantity) and season with salt. Dip the frozen ravioli in the boiling water. Allow 30 seconds for the water to boil. Drain and transfer to a frying pan with your favourite preheated sauce. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until the pasta is well coated. Add your favourite filling.
