Preparation: To reconstitute the equivalent of a can of coconut milk, use 90 to 100 g of powder per 300 ml of water, about one part of powder per 3 parts of liquid. Add the powder to the liquid and whisk to dissolve. This achieves the same level of fat as in high quality canned milk.

Storage: The original 15 kg format has a shelf life of 18 months. Once opened, it must be consumed within 6 months and stored in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator.

Coconut milk powder is a very versatile product, with multiple culinary uses both at home and in commercial production. It can be used in all savoury recipes such as curries, coconut milk soup and «fauxmage», or for drinks such as golden milk, hot chocolate, smoothies and lassis!
