Quebec is home to a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable varieties developed by previous generations. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. In this second collection, we present varieties related to the history of Quebec and its inhabitants. The survival of these foods is attributed to religious communities in the province and to families here.
