HEALTH BENEFITS: Hemp oil contains antioxidants and its consumption provides many health benefits. Among these, it is recognized properties to counter bad cholesterol, as well as improve the functioning of the brain and nervous system.

A balanced diet includes between 28% and 38% fat per day, or a daily intake of 2250 calories. A healthy diet ideally includes a variation of vegetable oil sources.

USE: Hemp oil perfectly replaces olive oil, its taste is more neutral. It is used raw or for cooking. Season your vegetables, vinaigrette, pasta, fish and meat. It goes perfectly with potatoes. It is the basic ingredient of a mayonnaise with an exceptional taste!

STORAGE: When the bottle has not been opened, it keeps at room temperature, away from light, up to 12 months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
