Cold preparation for a cup:
Use 1 tsp (2.5g) per 250 ml of cold water
Add sugar to taste (1/2 tsp more or less per 250 ml)
Leave 10h to 12h in the fridge then filter

Hot preparation for a cup:
Use 2 tsp (5g) for 250 ml of boiling water
Add sugar to taste (1/2 tsp more or less per 250 ml)
Infuse for 5 minutes then pour into a cup filled with ice (250 ml)
