This bread (formerly called "3 grains") is the light version of our rye bread. It still contains more rye flour than all other rye breads made in Quebec. It is obviously softer than our whole rye bread. It is therefore a good compromise for people looking for the benefits of rye (prevention of cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and intestinal diseases) but without the dense and heavy texture of integral rye.
