Kids love this product. It’s an interesting alternative to traditional wheat white bread. It is made of sifted flour but only kamut. In addition, its brioche texture gives it a special charm. To our knowledge, there is no substitute on the market.

This product resembles its big brother, the integral kamut, but obviously is not as interesting nutritionally. However, it is enriched with vitamin C.
