A crispy and energizing recipe born from the collaboration between Umano and the fine artisan chocolate factory Xocolatl.

Quinoa balls are obtained by a special extrusion technique that gives them an intense crispness. From the highlands of Bolivia, this organic quinoa. is imported by a Quebec company that has been supporting sustainable quinoa farming practices for several decades.

And to complete this Andean trilogy, we use our delicious organic fair coffee Picchu Peru.

With about 1 gram of coffee per 25-gram serving (half a tablet), it is a small boost of energy at the beginning or mid-day. In addition, the theobromine contained in cocoa, combined with caffeine creates a more gentle stimulation and that reduces the adverse effects of coffee.

The result is a perfectly balanced snack, energizing, with what is needed sugar, coffee and cocoa and sustaining thanks to the high protein content of quinoa.
