This simple and unique recipe has only two ingredients: our 70% organic and fair trade Kaoka black chocolate from Ecuador and organic quinoa from Bolivia imported by a pioneer fair trade company in Quebec.

Blown or extruded, what is the difference? We all know the process of blown grains, obtained by heat, like popcorn. The extrusion technique seems less known but it is nevertheless in this way that pasta are made. This process makes quinoa grains extra crispy and an excellent source of fibre and vegetable protein.
