This is a semi-firm farm cheese (uncooked pressed dough) certified organic. It is aged for 2 to 6 months on spruce boards from the region.

Its crust is orange red, gives off a smell of fruit and mushroom. Le Chemin du Brûlé stands out for its soft, smooth and melting texture with some round openings. It has multiple flavors such as: fresh hazelnut, butter and animal (beef bouillon).
