How to use it?

Choose your favourite vegetables
Choose your preferred cooking method
Season the vegetables (and don’t use the back of the spoon!)
Fill your plate and let the energy take over!

With what to use it?
We love to put 1 tbsp. in ¼ cup of oil and marinate our vegetables before putting them in the oven to grill gently. Carrots, turnips, beets, sweet peppers, potatoes... etc.

How much to use?
It depends on what you want to do with it:

Marinade: 1 tbsp. for ¼ cup oil

Dressing: 1 Tbsp. for ½ cup oil and ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Dip: 1 Tbsp. with ½ cup plain yogurt, mayonnaise or sour cream

Other: Sprinkle directly at the time of cooking, either while you’re doing your stir-fry or preparing your papillote (about 1 teaspoon for a large handful of vegetables).
