Ferme Les Péchés Moutons is a family business established for 10 years in Bonsecours, near Mont Orford. It offers lamb with a fine and remarkably tender taste, produced by a herd of 300 ewes. Animals are raised with rigorous practices that respect both their well-being and the environment. Herd management allows us to ensure a regular supply to our customers with an annual production of about 600 lambs. A wide variety of cuts are available, vacuum packed, in a convenient format.
Several factors such as the age of the lambs at the time of slaughter, the aging time of the meat and the expertise of the butchers are respected in order to offer exceptional lamb meat. In addition to being a meat known for its refinement, lamb is rich in protein and is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Integrated into several culinary cultures around the world, demand for lamb is growing in Quebec, unlike other red meats.
